Academic ResilienceSteve has worked in partnership with leading education training and development company Osiris Educational for over ten years. He leads the innovative Osiris Mindset Intervention Programme (OMP) and the Academic Resilience Programme (ARP), which focus on the development of practitioner research skills to make long-term sustainable improvements in learner success.

Technology Enhanced LearningAs Senior Teaching and Learning Fellow for the faculty of Education at Edge Hill University, Steve played a key role in developing the Faculties' use of technology to enhance learning for trainee teachers and HE lecturers.
